We are pleased to announce that the Association of Microfinance Organizations of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, has established the MFO Ombudsman and launched an automated contact center to support borrowers of microfinance organizations.
The Center for the Protection of Consumers of Microfinance Services will accept complaints and inquiries from MFO clients and promptly resolve borrowers’ issues through direct interaction with MFIs.
