From May 27 to 29, the MFC Annual Conference 2025 was held in Tbilisi, with participation from AMFOK members along with the head of the Association.

Key issues of the microfinance industry were discussed at the conference, including digitalization of services, customer-centric approaches, sustainable development, financial inclusion, and the measurement of social impact.

For Kazakhstani microfinance organizations, participation in this event is of particular importance, as it provides an opportunity to adopt international experience and explore new partnership opportunities. This year, special attention was given to protecting client interests, enhancing transparency, and improving the sustainability of microfinance organizations.

AMFOK will continue to implement best international practices and share them with its members to support the development of the sector in Kazakhstan.
