Our Competitive Strategy

The company follows a focused portfolio strategy, aimed at long-term growth and success. This success is achieved by concentrating on core business activities and leveraging the benefits of scale and accumulated experience.

The company has been operating in the microfinance services sector since June 2017.

Key operational indicators as of May 1, 2022:

• client base — over 21,000 customers;

• number of credit centers — 49;

• number of employees — over 150.

According to the official data from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (nationalbank.kz) as of April 1, 2022, MFO “Inkar & S” ranks 68th among 246 microfinance organizations operating in the country.

According to the business publication “Kursiv” (April 15, 2019), in 2018 MFO “Inkar & S” entered the top ten most profitable microfinance organizations in Kazakhstan.

Achievements and Awards

2018
According to Ranking.kz (based on data from the National Bank of Kazakhstan), the company ranked 9th among the country’s microfinance organizations by profitability.

2019
The independent organization National Business Rating awarded the company among enterprises of Kazakhstan:

• 3rd place (“Gold”) in the category “Dynamics of budget payment development”;

• 4th place (“Gold”) in the category “Growth of budget payments”.

2020
The independent organization National Business Rating awarded the company among enterprises of Kazakhstan:

• 8th place (“Gold”) in the category “Reliable taxpayer”;

• 11th place (“Gold”) in the category “Contribution to the state budget”.
