Our Competitive Strategy:

This is a focused portfolio — a growth strategy aimed at achieving long-term success through concentration on the core business and the associated effects of scale and the experience curve.
The company has been operating in the microfinance services segment since June 2017.

Key operational indicators of the Company as of May 1, 2022:

• Client base of over 21,000 individuals;

• Number of lending centers – 49;

• Number of employees – over 150 people.

According to the online resource of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (nationalbank.kz), as of April 1, 2022, MFO "Inkar & S" ranks 68th out of 246 microfinance organizations operating in the country.

According to the publication "Kursiv" (dated April 15, 2019), in 2018, MFO "Inkar & S" was ranked among the top ten most profitable microfinance organizations in the country.

Our Achievements and Awards:

• In 2018, according to data from Ranking.kz (based on the National Bank of Kazakhstan), the company ranked 9th among MFOs in the country in terms of profitability;

• In 2019, the independent company "National Business Rating" in Kazakhstan awarded us the following among enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

  • 3rd place "Gold" for the indicator "Dynamics of Development of Settlements with the Budget";

  • 4th place "Gold" for the indicator "Growth of Settlements with the Budget";

• In 2020, the independent company "National Business Rating" in Kazakhstan awarded us the following among enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

  • 8th place "Gold" for the indicator "Reliable Taxpayer";

  • 11th place "Gold" for the indicator "Contribution to the State Budget".
