GRV Finance MFO JSC is a microfinance organization operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

License No. 02.21.0096.M dated 11.12.2025, issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.

Since 2021, the company operated under the Credia brand as Credia MFO LLP.

In 2025, the company was acquired by GRV JSC and is now a subsidiary within the GRV Group of Companies.

After joining the Group, the company completed a strategic transformation, discontinuing payday loan (PDL) products and fully refocusing on secured business lending. The MFO draws on the management, financial and operational expertise of the GRV Group.

The GRV Group has a diversified asset portfolio and expertise in finance and investment, providing stability and a strong resource base for the MFO’s development.

The company specializes in secured financing for individuals and legal entities, with a primary focus on business lending.

Key areas of activity:

• business loans secured by residential and commercial real estate;
• financing secured by the property being purchased;
• credit lines for entrepreneurs;
• structuring of leasing transactions and financing of commercial real estate and equipment purchases;
• tailored structured solutions with collateral.

Financing is provided within the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, applying a conservative approach to risk assessment.

Leasing and structured transactions are arranged on an individual basis, including mid-sized and large projects.

GRV Finance MFO JSC follows a conservative risk policy focused on capital preservation, liquidity and high loan portfolio quality.
